It’s happening!! Finally!!!!

In case you haven’t seen the posts on other sites, we’ll be doing a little Saffron-bomb and updated with a bunch of pages in a short time span. The cover and page 1 are going up today, page two in three days, page three in six days, and starting with page 4 on April 30 we’ll be resuming our normal weekly updates. It sounds like a lot but I think these opening pages will land a lot better doing it this way.

All that aside, I’m so beyond pleased with this illustration! This was one of those rare instances where it looks exactly like how I pictured in my head! It was definitely a challenge, working at this weird angle with such dynamic lighting also at a weird angle, but it 100000% paid off~ it sets the tone for the chapter PERFECTLY.
